Day by day itinerary

  1. 1Marrakech - Imlil - Toubkal Refuge⌄

    Depart from Marrakech and travel to Imlil, the main gateway to Mount Toubkal. Meet your local mountain guide and start the trek through the beautiful Mizane Valley.

    Walk through Aroumd, a traditional Berber mountain village with scenic views of the High Atlas Mountains, terraced fields, and local village life.

    Continue trekking through mountain trails towards the Toubkal Refuge at 3,207 meters. Enjoy panoramic views along the route before dinner and overnight stay at the refuge.

    Overnight: shared accommodation at Toubkal Refuge, a basic mountain refuge used by trekkers before the summit climb.

  2. 2Toubkal Summit - Imlil - Marrakech⌄

    Start early for the summit ascent to Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in Morocco and North Africa at 4,167 meters. Enjoy panoramic mountain views from the summit before descending.

    Return to the refuge for a short rest and lunch after the summit climb before continuing the descent through the Mizane Valley.

    Continue trekking down to Imlil, where the driver will meet the group for the return transfer to Marrakech.
