Visit Battam Bang City with stay one night there from Siem Reap city that located in the far northwest with bordering provinces are Banteay Meanchey to the north, Pursat to the east and south, Siem Reap to the northeast, and Pailin to the west. We visit Wat Ek Phnom temple is a partly collapsed 11th-century temple situated 11 km north of Battambang. Then visit city after that move to Ta Tambang Kronhogn and then take Bamboo train. We take rest for one night at a hotel over there. Tomorrow we visit Wat Banan is located some 25 km south of Battambang City, has been likened to a smaller version of the more imposing Angkor Wat. Buses make 5-6 hour journey from Phnom Penh and the 3-4 hour journey from Siem Reap almost hourly with 164 km. Last visit Phnom Sapeuv and watching the bat bird and come back to Siem Reap.

  1. 1Battam Bang Province Tour from Siem Reap Town⌄

    You will visit Wat Ek Phnom is an angkorian temple located on the left side of the Sangkae River at the small creek of Prek Daun Taev northwest the G Peam Aek spot approximately 9 km north of the city of Battambang in north western Cambodia. It is a Hindu temple built in the 11th century under the rule of king Suryavarman I. Although partly collapsed and looted it is famous for its well-carved lintels and pediments.

    Visit Phnom Sapeuv see the sunset and watching the bats in the evening time before bats leave their home to find food at night time.

  2. 2Experience Battam Bang City Tour⌄

    The name literally means loss of stick referring to a legend of Preah Bat Dambang Kranhoung (Kranhoung Stick King). Most people called Lok Ta Dambong Kra Nhoung.

    You will have experience with bamboo train. The track is about 8km long and runs through the Cambodian country side. You can visit local village store and you can buy them some souvenir if you want to support their economy.

    Wat Banan is located some 25 km south of Battambang City, has been likened to a smaller version of the more imposing Angkor Wat.

    Come back to Siem Reap City.
