Guests can reschedule for free up to 10 days before their stay (once only), with new dates within 2 months, subject to availability.
Your host family mainly speaks Swahili, but they’re always happy to communicate with guests in simple English or through warm gestures. A Local Coordinator supports your stay and is available to communicate in English.
