Day by day itinerary
1Humantay Lake – Soraypampa (End Point of the Tour)⌄
Travelers will be transported from Cusco to Soraypampa, where the hike begins. The trek takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and offers breathtaking Andean landscapes along the way. Upon reaching Humantay Lake, visitors will enjoy spectacular views of the snow-capped mountain and the lake’s turquoise waters. Throughout the experience, your professional guide will explain the history, geography, and spiritual significance of this sacred Inca site.

2Salkantay Pass⌄
Travelers will reach Salkantay Pass, the highest and most challenging point of the trek. From this altitude, they will admire stunning panoramic views of the Salkantay glacier and the surrounding Andean mountains. Your professional guide will explain the geography and historical importance of this area, while travelers enjoy time to take photos and experience the unique high-altitude landscape. This section of the trek is ideal for nature lovers and adventure seekers.

Overnight: Night at Chawllay campsite with tents, sleeping bags and basic equipment provided for a safe and comfortable experience.
3Hidroeléctrica to Aguas Calientes⌄
Travelers will arrive from Hidroeléctrica to Aguas Calientes on the third day of the itinerary. Once in town, they can settle into their accommodation, rest, and prepare for the visit to Machu Picchu scheduled for the following day.
Meals: Lunch: Travelers will enjoy the included meal for the day, giving them a chance to recharge and relax before continuing on now!
Overnight: Passengers will spend a night in a lodge in Aguas Calientes, enjoying a comfortable rest before continuing their journey
4Machupicchu⌄
Travelers will explore the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu accompanied by a professional guide, who will explain the history, architecture, and main areas of the site. Throughout the tour, they will admire agricultural terraces, temples, and viewpoints, enjoying stunning landscapes while learning about Inca culture in one of the most iconic places in the world.
