Day by day itinerary

  1. 1Michinoku Coastal trail, from the Kitayamazaki cliffs to the Aketo area⌄

    Meet at Miyako Station and transfer to Kitayamazaki cliffs.

    Hike one of the most challenging section of the Michinoku Coastal trail, from the Kitayamazaki cliffs to the Aketo area. During the trail, Bento Box are provided for lunch.

    Salt making experience

    Michinoku Shiokaze Trail Hiking (Tsukuehama Banya - Hotel Raga-so)

    Meals: Lunch · Dinner: At Hotel Kaiseki meals at the hotel using a variety of local ingredients.

    Overnight: Stay overnight in Tanohata area

  2. 2Michinoku Coastal trail, from Itsukushima Shrine to the Kuwata Port.⌄

    After check-out the hotel, transfer to the Itsukushima Shrine in Kuji area.

    Michinoku Shiokaze Trail Hiking (Itsukushima Shrine - Samurai Beach - Kuwabata Fishing Port about 330 minutes)

    Transfer to Tanesashikaigan in Hachinohe and enjoy a retreat style camp experience.

    Meals: Breakfast: At the Hotel Buffet with plenty of local ingredients · Lunch · Dinner: Enjoy a camp with a BBQ dinner.

    Overnight: Stay overnight in Retreat Camp tents at the Tanesashi Lawn.

  3. 3Michinoku Coastal Trail, from Tanesashi Coast to Kaburashima Shrine⌄

    Early Morning YOGA

    Michinoku Shiokaze Trail Hiking (Tanesashi Coast - Otsuka Coast - Ashigezaki Observatory - Kaburashima Shrine (about 230 minutes)

    Transfer to Hachinohe station Finish at Hachinohe station at around 15:00pm

    Meals: Breakfast: Breakfast is served in the campground . · Lunch
