Day by day itinerary

1. 1Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve⌄

   You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel or airport and be transferred to the Wilson airport for your departure flight to Samburu airstrip. Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to Samburu sopa or similar . After lunch, relax before a late afternoon game drive. Samburu has a lot to offer in terms of wildlife, birds and scenery. Four of the Big Five (elephant, leopard, lion & buffalo)

   Overnight: Sarova Shaba Game lodge or similar

2. 2Samburu National Park⌄

   Enjoy an early morning game drive in the reserve, then back to the camp for breakfast. Relax at the camp before lunch. You can cool off in the lovely pool before a late afternoon game drive in this delightful national reserve. The reserve located in the north provides a strong contrast to other scenic areas in Kenya. In the desert-like landscape is dominated by the yellow-brown savannah grass, interspersed with acacia trees and thorny bushes. Along the many source pools and rivers that run through the region seasonally, growing gallery forest and doum palms. The rivers are colored brown and invite elephant to swim. You have here the opportunity to spot the rare species such as the Grevy’s Zebra or Gerenuk antelope, which are otherwise not found in Kenya.

3. 3Samburu to Masai Mara game reserve⌄

   After breakfast you will enjoy a morning game drive in search of wildlife and later transfer to the airstrip for your departure flight to the world's famous Masai Mara Game Reserve. Upon arrival transfer to Sarova Mara Camp. Have lunch. Afterward go for an afternoon game drive in the reserve. You will have a good chance of seeing herds of buffalo and zebra as well as hippos and lots of bird’s species.

4. 4Masai Mara full day Game Drive⌄

   Enjoy the day in the game park, with morning an afternoon game drives. Relaxation between the game drive timings. In addition, you can take an optional hot air balloon safari early morning (additional cost). The Masai Mara is one of the most unique regions of the world with breathtaking scenery of natural beauty. The reserve is home to the world's highest concentration of savannah animals of various species of antelope, about giraffes, buffaloes and elephants to high populations of big cats.

5. 5Masai Mara to Nairobi⌄

   Early morning game drive followed by breakfast. Later transfer to the airstrip for your departure flight back to Nairobi. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel or international airport or agreed destination ending your memorable safari with us.
