Day by day itinerary

1. 1Day 1: Arusha National Park⌄

   Pick up from your hotel/ Arusha accommodations and drive to Arusha National Park. While this is a small park, it offers a taste of everything; with Ndutu Crater that mimics Ngorongoro Crater, Little Serengeti and majestic Mount Meru – Arusha National Park is a stunning display of the beauty and wildlife of northern Tanzania. Option to include a walking safari with a park ranger (additional fees apply) to get closer to wildlife.

   Meals: Lunch: Provided for the day’s excursion so you can enjoy it while exploring the park or during a break in the safari. · Dinner: A hot, freshly prepared evening meal served at the lodge after returning from the park.

   Overnight: Overnight at Mount Meru Game Lodge.

2. 2Day 2: Tarangire National Park⌄

   After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park. This park is famous for large herds of elephants and the Tarangire River, which attracts animals, especially in the dry season. Here you may spot cheetahs, lions, giraffes and any number of grazing animals coming to drink from the river.

   Meals: Breakfast: A hearty breakfast to start the day before heading out · Lunch: Enjoyed during the game drive, allowing flexibility to maximize wildlife viewing without needing to leave the park. · Dinner: A hot evening meal served after returning from the park, rounding off the day with comfort and relaxation.

   Overnight: Overnight at the Escarpment Luxury lodge.

3. 3Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater⌄

   Wake with a view overlooking the stunning Rift Valley Escarpment from your hotel. After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation area for a game drive in the famous Ngorongoro Crater. The Crater is home to the highest density of large predators on the planet – including the highest population of lions. In the afternoon, visit a local Maasai Boma for a cultural encounter and learn about the traditional way of life for the people who live within the crater, among herds of zebras and gazelles.

   Meals: Breakfast: Served in the morning with views over the Rift Valley Escarpment before departure. · Lunch: Provided as part of the day’s activities, enjoyed inside the Ngorongoro Conservation Area while spotting wildlife. · Dinner: A hot evening meal served after returning from the crater and visiting a Maasai Boma.

   Overnight: Overnight at the Escarpment Luxury Lodge.

4. 4Day 4: Manyara National Park⌄

   Enjoy a leisurely breakfast this morning, as your destination is located just thirty-minutes drive away. Game drive at Lake Manyara National Park, a great location for bird lovers, here you may spot flamingos, storks, herons, fish eagles, pelicans and many more species. Other animals of note include tree-climbing lions, hippos and elephants. After, drive back to Arusha. Your driver-guide may drop you at the domestic airport in Arusha, or at your Arusha-area accommodations.

   Meals: Breakfast: Served in the morning to prepare for the day’s activities. · Lunch: A packed lunch provided during the game drive, enjoyed at a scenic spot in the park.
