Overview

We Organize custom groups, minimun 2 people and maximum 6 people. In this tour you will trek into the deepest canyon of the world having the opportunity to get involved with the Peruvian local community, national food and the huge flora & fauna of the region. It's a wonderful trek and an unforgettable experience.

Day by day itinerary

  1. 1Day 1 - From Arequipa to Colca⌄

    You will be picked up from your hostel at 3:00 - 3:30 am. You will arrive at this prime sightseeing spot for the majestic Andean Condor at around 08:00 am, so don't forget to bring your camera!!

    We spend the night here in the oasis lodge, giving you the chance to relax in the oasis and enjoy the beautiful surrounding

    Meals: Lunch · Dinner · Breakfast

    Overnight: Basic acommodation. Private room with private bathroom included. (1 night)

  2. 2Day 2 - Cabanaconde⌄

    After waking up very early in the morning we will begin our ascent at 4:00 or 4:30 towards the town of Cabanconde, this will take us about 3 hours, depending on the speed of the group. We will arrive at about 7:00 in the morning and have breakfast.

    We will then take our van over to la Cruz Del Condor, where we will stay for around an hour, giving you a chance to see the condors and have an excellent view of the canyon. Following the Cruz Del Condor we head to Chivay, the capital of the province and then onto the hot waters of la Calera (35 ºC), very recommendable after a long trek!

    We then return to Chivay to have lunch before taking our van back to Arequipa, arriving around 6:00 in the evening. The van can drop you off back at your hotel.
