Established in special social conditions, with the aim of restoring Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen School founded by the King Tran Thanh Tong, this Zen school has harmoniously combined different Zen schools with Vietnamese cultural and tradition into Vietnamese Zen. Datanla Waterfall is located in the middle of Prenn Pass about 5km south of Da Lat city center. It is a small waterfall pouring from a rocky cliff about 20m high into a deep pool, creating a romantic and dreamy scene. Here you will be blessed with wild nature, experience the feeling of joining in an alpine coaster Along the pine forest and flowers here.
Located 3.5 km southwest of Da Lat French Quarter, Bao Dai Summer Palace is set along Trieu Viet Vuong Street near the Pasteur Institute. It has many valuable and well-preserved artefacts that were left behind, including sculptures of the royal family, a large white bust of Bao Dai himself, and an engraved glass map of Vietnam. Today, visitors can explore all 25 rooms within the palace, where they can take a step back time to learn about royal history.
The Da Lat Flower Gardens house an extensive collection of native and exotic flowers, and for this reason, Da Lat is dubbed “the city of flowers” in Vietnam. Founded in 1966, the gardens feature more than 300 different kinds of flowers, many of which blossom all year round.
Golden statue of Sakyamuni Buddha raising a lotus in his hand a symbolic image of Buddha in Linh Son Dharma Conference, expressing the philosophy of ‘existence in nihilism’ in Buddhist Zen. Cock Church in Dalat with official name is Dalat Cathedral. When visitors arrive Dalat city, the first thing makes them feel impressive is the bell tower of the Cathedral which local people has called it “Cock church”. It is because there is a man – made cock stuck on the top of the tower. It is the biggest church in Dalat city which was designed and built by Frenchman.
