Mikumi is easily accessible by road, it support large number of elephant, giraffe, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, eland, impala, waterbuck, reedbuck, warthog, yellow baboon, lion, hyena and many species. Day by day itinerary

  1. 1DAR ES SALAAM TO NYERERE(SELOUS)⌄

    Day 1: Pick Up, transfer to Selous Game Reserve You will be picked up from Dar early morning of this day at around 05:30 hours to start trip to Selous Game reserve. When you get to the Reserve you will be checked in at your accommodation, have lunch and later on at around 15:00 hours will go for boat safari on the Rufiji river.

  2. 2Game drives in Selous Game Reserve enroute to Mikumi⌄

    This day will be dedicated to enjoying the wilderness of the great Selous Game reserve. You will leave early morning of this day with packed breakfast and lunch boxes to go for game drives covering different attractions within the reserve. You will continue with drive enroute to Mikumi town via Kisaki village and Morogoro town.Arrive in mikumi evening check in Camp bastian for dinner and overnight

  3. 3FULL DAY MIKUMI⌄

    Full day game drive in Mikumi or two half-day game drive. Whilst on safari, you can see a rich variety of bird species, as well as large numbers of giraffe, buffalo and elephants. If you are lucky you may also be able to spot lions, leopards and African wild dogs. Likely to be seen animals include zebras, hippos, hartebeest, wildebeest, impala, warthog, eland and antelope. Several observation towers enable you to overview the park in its entirety.
