Day by day itinerary
1Bangalore to Hassan via Shravanabelagola (200 km)⌄
Begin your journey with a pickup from your hotel in Bangalore or Bangalore Airport in the morning.
Depart for Shravanabelagola, home to the towering 58-foot Gomateshwara statue, one of the largest monolithic statues in the world. This sacred Jain pilgrimage site is revered for its deep spiritual significance and majestic presence. To reach the statue, you’ll climb approximately 600 steps to the hilltop temple. The climb, though strenuous, offers stunning views of the surrounding hills and the tranquil atmosphere of the region. Comfortable footwear and water are recommended.
Afterward, continue your journey to Hassan, checking into your hotel near a lush coffee estate. The peaceful surroundings offer the perfect setting to unwind and relax.
Later, visit the Shettihalli Rosary Church, a beautiful Gothic-style structure situated by the Rosary Church Lake. During the monsoon season, the church is partially submerged in water, creating a stunning and photogenic scene.

4Kabini to Bangalore via Mysore (230 km)⌄
After breakfast, drive to Mysore, stopping for a city tour of its key attractions.
Visit the Mysore Palace, an iconic symbol of the city, known for its grandeur and Indo-Saracenic architectural style. The palace is a former royal residence and a must-see for its intricate designs and historical significance.
Continue to Chamundi Hills and visit the Chamundeshwari Temple, which is perched on a hilltop offering panoramic views of Mysore city. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Chamundeshwari and is a significant pilgrimage site for Hindus.
Visit St. Philomena's Church, one of the largest churches in India, built in neo-Gothic style with beautiful stained-glass windows and towering spires.
