Day by day itinerary

1. 1Zhangjiajie Arrival in the Evening (or afternoon)⌄

   Pick you up at Zhangjiajie airport (DYG) or train station in the evening (or afternoon), then transfer to your hotel by a private car.

   Overnight: Overnight in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie

2. 2Visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Wulingyuan Scenic Area⌄

   It's a huge area. Today you will visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the best part of Wulingyuan Scenic Area.

   It's one of the UNESCO world heritage site. See the mountain landscape, the beauty of nature and enjoy hiking time here.

   It's the best part of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It's also the highest peak among the mountains in Wulingyuan. Highest spot is over 4,000 feet (1.26 kilometers). Sometimes the clouds is low, and you will stand above the clouds, then you could see the Tianzi Mountain Clouds. You will also see Xihai Stone Forest.

   If the weather is good. Some times there are clouds, and you could see the beautiful clouds there.

   West Sea Stone Forest is one of the most stunning view you could get at Yunqing Rock sightseeing platform on the top of Tianzi Mountain. Need good weather as well.

   Sightseeing in Avatar Mountain, Hallelujah Mountain, Avatar Pillar and Visit the enchanting terraces sightseeing platform.

   It's a easy way to get down from the mountain top.

   Walking (hiking) along the stream. Enjoying the forest walking. You will get a big chance to see wild monkeys in this area.

3. 3Visiting Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge, Yellow Stone Village Mountain and take 1-hour bullet train to Fenghuang⌄

   Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge (also called Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge) is glass-bottomed and is transparent. It is the longest and tallest glass bottomed bridge in the world.

   Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon is a recently–developed natural wonderland. It incorporates mountains, streams, caves, cliffs, and forest. There are 5 out of the 7 activities in The Grand Canyon (zip line, lifts, slides, VR, etc) are included in the tour.

   Huangshi Village also names Yellow Stone Village Mountain. It lies to the southwest of Zhangjiajie Forest Park with an altitude of 1,200 meters and covers an area of 16.67 hectares. You will take a cable car up to the top of Mt Huangshi. There are many sightseeing view spots that you can get stunning views of the park on the mountain top. For example, Six Strange Pagoda, Picking Star Platform, Five Finger Peak, Lover peaks and so on. At the end, take a cable car down.

   Taking a bullet train to Fenghuang for 1 hour ride. It's the quickest way to go to Fenghuang from Zhangjiajie.

   This bridge is a landmark. It is beautiful from outside. Inside are some shops.

   Strolling on the ancient streets that lay on both sides of the Tuo river.

4. 4Taking Bullet Train to Zhangjiajie and Visiting Tianmen Mountain with cable cars, Zhangjiajie departure⌄

   Discover the ancient town by yourself for a couple hours in the morning (If you are not comfortable with yourself, Your guide will escort you as your interpreter). You could appreciate the beautiful river, walk up and down both sides of Tuo River, enjoy the harmonious atmosphere in the ancient town. Getting relax while watching the rows of traditional wooden houses built on stilts and looking at what the local people do. You will take a bullet train to Zhangjiajie around 11A.M.

   After 1 hour train ride from Fenghuang, you will visit this mountain. It's one of the two must-see attractions in Zhangjiajie (another one is Zhangjiajie National Forest Park). You will see 999-step stairs lead the way to Heaven's Gate, Rock Hole of Heaven's Door and experience the glass skywalk and riding the longest cable car of the world.

   At the end of the tour, drop you off at Zhangjiajie airport (or train station) for catching your evening flight (or train).
