Day by day itinerary

  1. 1Franschhoek/Paarl wine region⌄

Our first vineyard is situated in the Paarl wine appellation with amazing vistas over the wine country from our tasting balcony. An enormous variety of wines are available for tasting with their forte being Cabinet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. For those wanting a kick start to the day, their coffees are awesome!

One of our favorite vineyards in Franschhoek. Champagne and Nougat pairing and or a selection of their terrior driven whites or Bold reds They have them all. Be transported back in time as you sample and sip vintages from their premium brands in the Estate’s Historic Manor House.Tasting is on the veranda with great views

Lunch is taken on a vineyard situated half way up the Franschoek mountain pass with stupendous views over the wine valley (for own account )

Voted South Africa's Top winery two years in a row, we only taste the best ! Production of wines from their natural vinifications of special vineyard sites is small but commercial consideration is secondary to respecting old vines and particular sites.

Franschhoek's oldest vineyard given to a French Huguenot in 1685. The Manor House and buildings of Cape Dutch architecture are a perfect backdrop with its magnificent gardens to end the day tasting wine immersed in history.

Overnight: Overnight in 4* accommodation situated in Stellenbosch, within walking distance to restaurants

  2. 2Stellenbosch Wine region⌄

This morning we give you time to enjoy the second oldest town in South Africa established in 1679, it's oak lined streets filled with museums, art galleries and boutique shops

Arguably the most picturesque vineyard in Stellenbosch with amazing wines and views . A cheese platter to accompany the wine tasting of their award winning terrior driven wines

Lunch on the deck with views over the wine country .Pairing innovative cuisine with award-winning wines, dining is a sensational experience. Transforming the freshest seasonal ingredients into accomplished, artful dishes they cater for all palates ( for own account )

Tucked away in a valley of the Helderberg Mountain range, protected from the strong South Easterly winds lies one of South Africa's Iconic red wine producers, Rust en Vrede ( Rest and Peace) It specializes in reds, particularly Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. These varieties lend themselves to full bodied wines with powerful structure and excellent aging potential. In 2000 Rust en Vrede Estate Blend becomes the first South African red wine to be named in Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines in the World.
